We will ship worldwide. The rate for shipping slings within British Columbia is $8.00. Elsewhere in Canada and the United States is $13.00. On orders of more than one item, shipping can be combined to save you money. International shipping rates will be determined at the time of order. All products are shipped within 2 business days, via Canada Post, and are insured and trackable.
Return Policy:
We are certain that you will love your African Violet sling. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with it, please return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). Your refund will be sent to you via the same method in which you made your payment.
Important:
Your African Violet sling is carefully made to be as safe as possible, and is guaranteed to be free of defects. However, please inspect your sling regularly to check for loose threads and wear of the fabric. If you notice any problems with the stitching, please contact us; we will be happy to repair it for you.
Using your sling properly is your responsibility; we are not held responsible for misuse of it. If your baby does not feel secure, take him/her out and try again.
